When it comes to taking pride in your work and your customers, Ross takes the cake. I had my first and certainly not last visit to Ross's shop today. He was very helpful All I needed was some glass for two of my frames that I had brought to him and he got it cut for me perfectly to size right there on the spot. I also got to see his shop in the back. It's a great set up. He was working on a project for a customer and you could see the attention to detail he was putting into it. It's no surprise to me that everyone who has ever rated his business gave him 5 out of 5 stars. I especially love the fact that he's a locally owned business. I'm all about supporting local businesses and plan on continuing to support Ross by using his services. The only thing that he did better than his work was his hospitality. He defiantly puts his customers first.
