Was very pleased with the custom double framed outcome for an original piece I brought into Ross Studios. The level of care, time taken and professionalism was much appreciated. Upon Mr. Ross receiving the custom ordered walnut wood from his supplier for the outer frame, he immediately returned the wood due to not stacking up to his quality expectation for his frames. This is rare to find these days. After getting the next shipment of beautiful walnut, the piece was completed and I could not be happier.
