Extraordinary customer service and a very talented and creative artisan. He patiently and helpfully worked with us to find the exact frames and materials to really complement our valued art. Not only is Ross a vanishing breed of craftsmen but also a genuinely nice guy. I would recommend he and his shop without hesitation. Certainly he should be featured in the Best of Colorado Springs!

I was able to meet, and see Ross studios when my best friend hired him to frame her cross stitch art pieces. Ross was absolutely wonderful, professional and just so kind. I saw her work prior to it being framed, and the frames they chose, and the glass he used, gives it a completely new “finish”. I knew her work was art, before, but now it has a professional finish!

Update- went back to Ross Studios about a year after my first experience. wanted my college diploma framed- Everything came out fabulous, as the first time. Worth the drive to the new location. if you have anything important to frame you can trust it being done right.

I am extremely happy with Ross's work with framing 4 of my cross stitch projects! He made me feel like a real artist and was very complimentary and professional; his eye for color and textures is incredible, and the results were more than I could have anticipated!

I brought in 4 finished projects, and he dove right in. He seemed to really understand the tone and mood of each piece, and got to work right away piecing together various texture and style frame, accents, and colors for the matting. He then encouraged me to go home and "sign" my work, as it would likely be heirloom quality work and passed down. I did that but forgot to come back right away. Once I did come to drop off my work, he had them finished so quickly; I was stunned and very impressed!

The big reveal in his studio left me giddy and proud of the finished projects. I love his quality of work and skill with making sure every element is just right in the finished product! I will absolutely return and bring him more of my finished pieces to be framed, as well as another one I already had framed elsewhere, but really would like for him to re-do, because I know he can really make it an amazing finished piece.

We moved to Colorado Springs not too long ago, and this was the first time we needed a piece framed, so we went out looking for a good frame shop. I read reviews here first, and wanted a place that: 1) had talented staff, who could help me with color options, design ideas, etc. 2) was a local business and not a big impersonal chain, and 3) would not charge an arm and a leg, and work within my budget. Ross exceeded my expectations on all three areas. He took on my time-rushed framing project despite being busy. He helped us find a beautiful frame with the cost options that worked for us. He was a great conversationalist, a clear communicator, and he was honest and trustworthy. Come here with confidence.

took two pieces to be framed, one was a very odd shaped frame. Ross hooked it up with this matte finish instead of the glass. the pieces look awesome, especially because there's no glare from the glass. when you go here ask about the 'glass-less' option. have a couple more pieces for Ross to do. nest frame shop in town, hands down.

Don’t spend your money anywhere else! Head start to Ross Studios! The care given here will be found no where else. I had a few prints from my grandparents that were damaged and had water damage. Ross honestly back them back to life and they look even better than they did before. He’s got a great eye for color and is incredibly helpful!

When it comes to taking pride in your work and your customers, Ross takes the cake. I had my first and certainly not last visit to Ross's shop today. He was very helpful All I needed was some glass for two of my frames that I had brought to him and he got it cut for me perfectly to size right there on the spot. I also got to see his shop in the back. It's a great set up. He was working on a project for a customer and you could see the attention to detail he was putting into it. It's no surprise to me that everyone who has ever rated his business gave him 5 out of 5 stars. I especially love the fact that he's a locally owned business. I'm all about supporting local businesses and plan on continuing to support Ross by using his services. The only thing that he did better than his work was his hospitality. He defiantly puts his customers first.
